Billing Terms

These Billing Terms explain how FlipMomentum charges for memberships, Chapter Packs, and other paid digital access features. They work together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. What we sell

FlipMomentum offers licensed digital reading access. Paid items may include recurring Premium memberships, one-time Chapter Packs, and other digital access features shown at checkout.

Each checkout page shows the product name, price, currency, included access, taxes where applicable, and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring.

Regional pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, payment method, and market. The final checkout page controls the price for that transaction.

2. One-time Chapter Packs

Chapter Packs are charged once at checkout and do not renew. The included digital access is delivered to your FlipMomentum account shortly after successful payment.

Chapter Packs are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for money, do not transfer content ownership, and can be used only inside FlipMomentum for eligible premium novel chapters.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

If you purchase a subscription, the checkout page will show the subscription price, renewal interval, and included benefits before payment.

Free readers may read the first 3 chapters of each eligible novel. Premium membership includes access to the first 10 chapters of each eligible novel plus the reading allowance shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled, unless the offer states otherwise. The accepted payment method is charged for the subscription renewal.

Membership reading allowance is issued after successful billing and may be used only inside FlipMomentum for eligible premium chapters or other eligible digital access shown in the service.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account area when available, through the subscription management link in your payment receipt, or by contacting [email protected].

Unless the checkout offer states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal charges and subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Trials and promotions

Promotional prices, first-time offers, Chapter Pack bonuses, and trial terms apply only as shown at checkout.

A promotion may be limited by account, product, time period, or payment method. Taxes or card issuer fees may vary by payment method.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the payment provider or FlipMomentum may ask you to update your payment method. We may retry a failed subscription payment where supported by the payment provider and applicable law.

If payment cannot be completed, subscription access or paid features may be paused, downgraded, or cancelled.

7. Price changes

We may change prices or package contents in the future. Changes do not affect completed one-time purchases.

For subscriptions, we will provide notice of material price changes before they apply where required by law or card network rules.

8. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by our payment provider. FlipMomentum does not store full card numbers on its servers.

The payment provider may collect and process payment, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, refund, dispute, and support information as needed to process transactions.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can review the transaction, delivery status, and account history promptly.

Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted.
