This Refund Policy explains the refund window and process for FlipMomentum memberships, Chapter Packs, and other paid digital access products.

1. Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the transaction date.
FlipMomentum does not set a shorter refund window for memberships or Chapter Packs.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact [email protected] or use the support link in your payment receipt where available.
Please include your account email, order number or payment receipt, transaction date, charge amount, and a short description of the issue.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method where possible.
The time for funds to appear may depend on the payment method, card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
4. Membership cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through your account billing area when available, through the subscription management link in your payment receipt where available, or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless the checkout offer states otherwise.
If a membership refund is approved, membership access and unused allowance issued from that refunded billing period may be removed from the account.
5. Chapter Pack access
Chapter Packs are one-time digital access products delivered to your FlipMomentum account after successful payment.
If a refund is approved for a Chapter Pack, access delivered from that purchase may be removed from the account.

If you do not recognize a charge or need billing help, please contact FlipMomentum support at [email protected] so we can help review the transaction promptly.
Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be restricted.
