Content Rights

1. Content ownership

All stories, scripts, images, and editorial content published on FlipMomentum are original works or are used under valid licenses, permissions, or commercial-use rights.

Our platform publishes original fiction and AI-assisted entertainment content. All content is created internally, commissioned from creators, licensed from rights holders, or otherwise authorized for distribution by our team.

2. AI-assisted production

AI tools may be used as part of the content production process for certain visual, editing, translation, or production assets.

All published content is reviewed, edited, curated, and authorized for commercial distribution by our team before it is made available to users.

We do not knowingly publish unauthorized deepfake content, impersonation content, pirated content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

3. Distribution and monetization rights

We retain or have secured the necessary rights to distribute, monetize, and provide access to platform content through subscriptions, direct purchases, Chapter Packs, and other paid digital access features shown at checkout.

Users may purchase individual chapters or subscription access to eligible premium content. A purchase grants access to content through the FlipMomentum service and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

4. User access rights

When content is made available to your account, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to access that content inside FlipMomentum.

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, download, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit platform content unless we provide written permission.

5. Copyright reports and licensing questions

If you believe content on FlipMomentum infringes your rights, or if you have a licensing question, contact [email protected] and [email protected] with the relevant URL, title, episode or chapter number, and supporting details.

We review copyright and content-rights reports promptly and may remove, disable, geoblock, or restrict access while a report is being reviewed.
