Cookies, consentimiento y almacenamiento local

Aplicamos un modelo global conservador de opt-in. El almacenamiento estrictamente necesario permite inicio de sesión, seguridad, checkout, prevención de fraude, registro de consentimiento, idioma y continuidad de lectura. Las categorías opcionales permanecen desactivadas salvo que las aceptes.

• Almacenamiento funcional de lectura: idioma, tema, posición de lectura y ajustes necesarios para el servicio solicitado.
• Preferencias avanzadas: caché PWA opcional y preferencias del dispositivo más allá de la continuidad básica.
• Analítica: no se carga ninguna herramienta antes del consentimiento. Si se activa después, seguirá apagada hasta que consientas.
• Marketing: atribución de afiliados, medición de campañas y píxeles publicitarios quedan apagados hasta el consentimiento y por señales de opt-out.
• Puedes rechazar cookies no esenciales con la misma facilidad que aceptarlas y cambiar tu elección en cualquier momento.

Procesadores y terceros

Los servicios actuales incluyen Supabase para autenticación/base de datos, proveedores de pago, Vercel para hosting, Cloudflare/R2 o infraestructura multimedia para activos, y proveedores de email/seguridad cuando sea necesario.

No cargamos Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel ni scripts similares de marketing salvo que se añadan detrás del sistema de consentimiento.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

• Account data: retained until account deletion + 90 days
• Read history: retained for 2 years from last activity
• Transaction records: retained for 7 years for legal compliance
