1. Service operator

FlipMomentum is operated by the company listed below. The company provides the digital entertainment service, customer support, and post-purchase support for memberships, Chapter Packs, refunds, and content access.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have parent or guardian permission where allowed. The service is not directed to children under 13.

3. Chapter Packs and digital access

Chapter Packs are one-time digital access products used to unlock eligible premium novel chapters on FlipMomentum.

Chapter Packs and related access units are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for money, do not transfer content ownership, and cannot be used outside FlipMomentum.

Chapter Pack access is delivered after successful payment. Refund availability is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Paid content and subscriptions

Prices, included access, subscription intervals, renewal terms, taxes, and checkout details are shown before payment.

Free readers may read the first 3 chapters of each eligible novel. Premium members may read the first 10 chapters of each eligible novel and receive the recurring reading allowance shown at checkout.

Premium membership does not guarantee unlimited access to every chapter, early-access item, gift, or special paid feature.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled unless the checkout offer states otherwise. Cancellation and billing rules are described in the Billing Terms.

5. User responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Share account credentials or payment access with unauthorized third parties.
• Copy, redistribute, download, scrape, or publicly display content without permission.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with content protection, security, rate limits, payment controls, or platform systems.
• Submit false payment, refund, identity, or dispute information.

6. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the platform, including text, stories, scripts, images, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the platform operator and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our platform publishes original fiction and AI-assisted entertainment content. All content is created internally, commissioned from creators, licensed from rights holders, or otherwise authorized for distribution and monetization by our team.

AI tools may be used as part of the content production process. All published content is reviewed, edited, curated, and authorized for commercial distribution by our team.

We do not knowingly publish unauthorized deepfake content, impersonation content, pirated content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to access the service and content made available to your account.

7. Privacy and payment processing

Our payment provider processes card and payment details for checkout. FlipMomentum does not store full card numbers on our servers.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal data, including account, usage, transaction, fraud-prevention, and support records.

8. Account restriction and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, abuse, payment misuse, content misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

Account restriction does not waive consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the last updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice in the service or by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws stated for the account or business entity used to operate the service, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
