2. How to report infringement

3. Counter-notices

We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant where permitted or required.
4. Repeat infringers and abuse
Accounts or partners that repeatedly infringe rights, submit pirated content, scrape protected content, or abuse takedown tools may be suspended, terminated, or blocked. False or bad-faith reports may also lead to account restrictions.
5. Platform and licensed content
All platform design, software, trademarks, ranking displays, gift designs, editorial text, and licensed story/drama assets remain owned by FlipMomentum or their respective rights holders. No license is granted except the limited right to access the service according to the Terms of Service.
