2. Virtual Currency (Coins)
Coins are virtual credits that can be used to unlock premium content on FlipMomentum. Coins have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable.
- Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to other users.
- Coins are automatically deducted when you unlock content.
- Coins expire when your account is closed or terminated.
- We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 16 require parental consent.

Launch compliance notices
- Coins, gifts, and recommendation votes are virtual features for entertainment and display only. They do not create property rights, cash value, gambling value, plot control, unlock guarantees, or ownership in content.
- Coin purchases are delivered immediately after payment. Before checkout, users must confirm the virtual currency/refund notice. Refunds remain available where required by applicable law.
- Users must be at least 16, or have parent/guardian permission where allowed. The service is not directed to children under 13.
- Optional analytics, marketing, affiliate attribution, targeted advertising, and offline cache are controlled through Privacy Choices and remain off until the required consent is given.

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to bypass, hack, or otherwise interfere with platform security
- Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
- Not redistribute, copy, or download content for commercial purposes
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available on FlipMomentum, including but not limited to dramas, novels, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FlipMomentum or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying content without authorization
- Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
- Circumventing digital rights management (DRM) or content protection
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
6. Limitation of Liability
FlipMomentum shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlipMomentum after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
