1. Virtual Currency (Coins)

⚠️ Important — Coins Are Non-Refundable

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable once the coins are credited to your account.

Coins purchased on FlipMomentum are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all coin purchases are final.

Statutory rights and checkout consent

Before payment, users must confirm that Coins are virtual items delivered immediately and generally final/non-refundable. This does not limit refunds, chargeback rights, cancellation rights, consumer guarantees, or other remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Why Are Coins Non-Refundable?

Due to the nature of virtual goods, we cannot offer refunds for coins once they have been added to your account for the following reasons:

  • Coins are instantly delivered and available for use upon purchase
  • Coins may have already been used to unlock content
  • Virtual goods cannot be "returned" like physical products

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our part
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Service unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues

4. Premium Subscriptions

Monthly or annual premium subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If cancelled, access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number and reason for the request
  • Provide any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages)
  • Allow 5–7 business days for our team to review

6. Chargebacks

Warning

Filing a credit card chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks.
